I've tried every work-around and fix-it listed in this thread, and I still get the "Origin needs to install files and is waiting for permission. Please choose "Yes" when Windows prompts you for permission." window when trying to install or download. But it never prompts me.
And not sure if this happened to anyone else, but when I try to exit Origin after closing that error window, it pops up with a message that says "Origin can not close becasue DAI Digital Delux is installing. Please complete or cancel the installation and try again." But, it's not installing, and I can't find anything on Origin that lets me cancel it even if it was, and I have no clue what to do. :c
