This is totally INSANITY. First I successfully install Dragon age Inquisition from the disc but when I reformatted and reinstalled my O/S win 7. I reinstall the dragon age Inquisition from the Disc and it won't work or doesn't install from the disc. Anybody from EA ! HELP !!!!
It is almost 8:00PM, CST, and the CMs have all gone home (Community Managers). They are the only EA people who are around Answer HQ. Customer Support is on its own separate website, at EA Help Center.
Origin is a digitally oriented system, and a reinstall from hard media is something it cannot get into without a lot of really problematic extra effort. The simplest thing is to accept a (free) digital download copy and install that, instead.
