Unable to play DAI at all last 3 days

We have been unable to play DAI at all since last patch. Have tried everything. Played just fine before patch.

reinstalled visual c++ redistributable pckgs for visual studio 2013 unchecked enable origan in game rerean dxsetup.exe, reinstalled drivers etc

Please help hubby is turning into nug waiting for solution

I'm having the same problem although today is the first day I've tried. When I try my start menu shortcut, Origin loads up but nothing else happens; when I go to my Games tab in Origin, the "Play" button on DA: I is grayed out.
Very unhappy, tonight's the first time I've had a few hours to play for a little while and I was going to stream it. :-(
