I got the games through old physical copies - the CD keys were still unredeemed. Both games appear in my library as the standard edition.
I prefer having physical copies for older games like these, but it seems this time it really screwed me over.
I don't see any way to acquire DA2's DLC, so I guess the only way now is to purchase the ultimate edition.
So it seems I'm not gonna be access the DLCs at all unless I repurchase both games.
Oh well, at least the games look nice on my shelf...
Edit: Upon some investigation, it turns the DLC was made free for ALL owners of the games last year. For whatever reason, activating an old CD key meant I didn't get the DLC for whatever reason. Is there some way to contact EA support about this?
Try to install the DLCs from this EA page.

I've tried that page, but there's two problems.
1. Not all of the DLC is there.
2. The installers seems to be for people who already have the DLC registered to their EA accounts - for me, the DLCs show up in the in-game downloadable content menus as "unauthorized" and do not function in actual gameplay.

- Make sure EA app and Steam are closed.
- Press the Windows key and "R" at the same time.
- Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotes) into the new Window > ENTER
- Move the "License" folder to your desktop.
- Repair the game
- Test.

Doing that didn't do anything. All the DLC is still "unauthorized", presumably because I still don't own any of it on my EA account.
Is there any way to contact EA to get it added to my account or something?
I really don't want to buy the base games again.
