Community Admin@gingergen Thanks for coming back. If you encounter the problem again, can you see if pressing Alt & PrtScn works instead?
I have seen intermittent screenshot issues on some games(not just DAI), but I haven't been able to lock down an exact cause all of the time.

Rather than start a new topic, I'm resurrecting this one. Since the Origin update, I've not been able to take a screenshot in DAI. I've tried the suggestions here including alt-print screen with no luck. Please help!
Can I ask why you guys aren't just using your graphics card for screenshots?
Nvidia and AMD both do a great job at it.
