Community AdminThese don't use mana, they use focus, which is slowly built up as you fight. Depending on the fight and what skills you take (you can get a passive to gain more for combo abilities) you should be able to use an ability after a few fights. You can also get Inquisition perks (in Forces) to get more levels of focus.
