Those aren't free DLC add-ons. They are installers for DLC but they still check for ownership, which is why the authorization failed.If the DLC is no longer available separately, I guess you do have to buy the Ultimate Edition, but I'll have to check. That said, the Ultimate Edition with all DLC is currently discounted by 90% on EA App and Steam.

So my question is... why can't we claim them anymore? It's not like it's hurting sales. I already paid for the game, new buyers are unaffected. And I don't want two copies of the game in my account. ☹️
