I did attach pictures of what the game and DLC look like in the client in the first post.
And the Origin Humble Bundle 2 -was- an official EA promo, so I should have gotten the DLC added to my account for the game too? But it's just not showing up.
@FoxhackDN Did we follow all the steps in the article for DLC?

Yes, I deleted the contents of the addin folder, I deleted the temp files, I deleted the contents of the EA Services folder, rebooted, repaired the install. The game insists that I only own -this single piece of DLC.- (See attached photo.)
Edit: Also this. Why does the client want me to buy the game again if I already own it?
So the free DLC that was given to old owners - not the bonus items, but the actual story content - was not granted to my account for whatever reason. Which makes no sense. Mass Effect 2 and DA: Origins *do* have the DLC and I'm pretty sure I never redeemed any special offer for those.
All I'm asking is if there's any way to have someone from support grant this to me, since I'm apparently supposed to own it.

@FoxhackDN Support cannot no as they are no longer available to grant in the system. Any special items that aren't there now can't be granted any longer.
I looked at the account and I can see the game was accessed on this account but there is no billing transaction for the game. Where was the game purchased originally? I can see before the game first accessed the game as well but there are no logs for the game.
I also see that EA Play was on the account as well. If you uninstall the game and search for the game in the store, what options does it give you? If it gives you the option to purchase, that indicates being logged into the wrong account. It then becomes an account issue you would have to reach out to live support so that they can dive into the account.
Making you purchase only happens for a couple of reasons. EA Play or the wrong account are really the only reasons past an account merger. Since EA Play is no longer active on your account. you should see this from the store tab.

This is what it shows me in a search:
If I click on Dragon Age 2, it shows me the product page that says I own the Standard Edition, which I've posted earlier in this thread.
Edit: I have only had one EA account, tied to this email address, I have never logged to another account nor had a different one.

It was a code from The Humble Origin Bundle 2 that activated several games. My account has no purchase information because all I've ever done is activate keys from stores, retail packages, Steam games that required Origin / EA logins, or the old EA On The House giveaways from back in the day.
I also see that EA Play was on the account as well.
Yes, I had a one month trial for it -years ago-. I used to have tons of games in my library because of that trial. I only played one game, IIRC, Battlefield Hardline, and I uninstalled it once the EA Play trial ended. I never tried to install any of them after that; I got a notification from the client saying that they were removed earlier this year, and they no longer appear in my library... but now it keeps showing me that message every time I log in. (See attached photos below.)
So there really is no other choice than to buy the game again?
- 8 months ago@EA_Shepard I've followed those instructions and nothing has appeared under my Dragon Age 2 DLC.

@darklorddrex Are you playing the EA app or Steam?
When you are in the EA app, under manage games, is it blank, or asking you to purchase the DLC?

EA app. It's showing the The Black Emporium DLC and high resolution textures (screenshot attached).
I purchased a physical copy and had registered it through Origin, way before the EA app was a thing. The same can be said for Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect 2, but those two have the bonus DLC I hadn't purchased.
