@darklorddrex I requested an update on this one. I see updates on the backend being made but not a full update as of yet that I can see. I will follow up and see what is happening on this one.
- 7 months ago@EA_Shepard Were you able to get that update? I'm also encountering this issue with the Mark of the Assassin DLC.

@Ginkasa I am going to follow up on this one. Things have slowed down since we have released all the DA: TV updates. When you log into the EA app, you are not seeing that one specific DLC, or any of them?
Have you cleared the EA app cache and all that or uninstalled the EA app? Gotta ask in case they say just have them do ABC you know? - 7 months ago
No worries! I was just hoping there was a fix waiting in the wings đ
It's just that one DLC that doesn't appear. I have tried all the steps listed throughout the thread and none have worked.
Thanks!

Hi @Ginkasa, send me a DM with your EA ID or a case number if you have one. I want to look at your account and see if I can snag some data from it.
It isn't just from DA, there's a few titles that had this issue. - EA_Shepard7 months ago

@Ginkasa Took a look. I do not see that the account owns that DLC. I see a handful of items from around the launch I believe but not the majority of the DLC for the game. When you log into that EA account, do you see the option to download, or purchase? Im not even seeing a download of it on the account.
- 7 months ago@EA_Shepard It might be that I never bought it back in the day. I'd be happy to purchase it, but I couldn't find anywhere to buy it (at least for PC) and I saw it mentioned I think in this thread that they all became free at some point?
If the solution is to buy it I'm good with that, I just need help finding where to do that đ - EA_Shepard7 months ago

@Ginkasa Well if you bought it back then I would still see it from then. I don't see it at all. They did all become free. You may have to purchase it but it should not cost anything. You should be able to just go in, and snag it from the EA app and install it.
If you are doing everything through Steam, you have to go to the Help page and download it from there but still will give it to you.
- 7 months ago@EA_Shepard The problem is I don't see it anywhere in the EA App. I search for "Mark of the Assassin" or "Dragon Age" in the store in the app and it doesn't appear at all. It's not listed under the game's page either. That's really the crux of the issue. I can find a web page in my browser for the DLC but it says it's no longer available.

@Ginkasa Okay, yeah, gotcha. So I just had a conversation about this with the team. They are looking into it again for me as it has come up again. I am waiting on the EA app folks to see why it isn't showing up for some. I've logged into multiple accounts to test it and can't see why it won't show. Do you happen to have access to another PC you can download the EA app on just to test it?
- 7 months ago@EA_Shepard Sorry for the delay! I just downloaded the EA app on a computer that I've never downloaded the EA app or Origin on before. Interestingly, under "Manage Add Ons" for DAII this computer only shows "The Black Emporium" DLC. It doesn't have Legacy or The Exiled Prince that I have on the PC I'm playing it on or the Mark of the Assassin DLC that I also don't have over there.

I'm rather late to post here but I've been monitoring this thread bc, like others have discussed, the only DLC my UI that shows up as available to DL/install is the Black Emporium, & the only other even kinda-related option I see is the "purchase game" option, which asks me to buy the full-price ultimate edition. I was hoping for some clarifications on this topic, w/ the hopes that some of this might grease the wheels/provide leads to chase the root of this down.
First, I did not originally purchase DA2 via the Origin app; similar to what some other folks here have said, I'd purchased a hard copy at retail & later (sometime around the release of ME3/DAI, when Origin became more prominent) I added my CD key to Origin to manage it. Could this be related, and/or the reason it has "purchase game" listed despite me owning the base product?
Second, I've never purchased any of the paid DLC & thus feel the need to ask: do y'all have confirmed reports from the users of similar accounts (ppl without some/all DLC purchased) who CAN see these their personally unpurchased DLC properly in the UI? The ppl in this thread seem to be universally unable to see unpurchased DLC at least, so I'm curious if we have reports from people who ARE able to see said DLC in their UI, just to confirm that it's properly functioning for even SOME subsection of people.
... I felt like I had more things I wanted to ask when I started this post, but it seems to've slipped my mind at this point (a common occurrence, unfortunately.) I can also attempt to contribute to TSing this issue if you want to compare/contrast my account info w/ others who appear to be having the same issue. I'll try to check back in on this thread when I remember. Good luck!
- 7 months ago@Seroster From what's been stated here, there was a point in time where all owners of Dragon Age (and some other games) received all the DLC for free. At that time they removed the listings for the DLC. However, a bunch of people who owned the game at the time this happened never received the DLC
- 7 months ago
Thanks for the response, but I was already aware they made the DLC free. I previously had DA2 installed on a secondary SSD, complete w/ manually-installed versions of the Free DLC that I DLd from the web site Bioware/EA created for the purpose of downloading the free DLC (which still exists). Unfortunately a.) that SSD died before I could get far enough into the game to play any of said DLC b.) from what I can determine, we can't use that source for DLC to play the version of DA2 that gets installed w/ the EA app c.) the EA app is (AFAIK) the only place I can ACCESS my registered copy of DA2. So I'm stuck in a rather frustrating situation where a decade-old choice to register my CD key w/ the publisher's app has resulted in a scenario where I can't make use of an otherwise free & easily accessible source for these files...

Hey, Folks
So i did some digging and testing on this one as I had reported this a while ago with other titles. We are investigating this at the moment.
What has worked for me and others is to uninstall the game you want to play and reinstall it again. When you reinstall it, make sure (if it is there) that all DLC content is checked.
Here is an example of what it should look like!
This may not work for all players, so it is not a 100% workaround. Once we get more info on this, we will let players know what is happening!
Cheers!

Unfortunately that does not work for me. It still says I only have one add-on.
- 7 months ago@EA_Shepard Attempting this resulted in the same screen that FoxhackDN posted below me: there's 1 addon available to download, & it's The Black Emporium. Nothing else on the list.

@SerosterThe web page that allows you to download the DLC is for Steam, not the EA app. Considering you mentioned you registered it with Origin/EA app it didn't seem pertinent to mention this.
The DLC being made free includes those who had their copy registered on the EA app when the DLC were made free, and these DLC should have been made available in this app. I have Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2, and Mass Effect 2 on my account, of those three games my account received the DLC for Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect 2, but not for Dragon Age 2.
Your issue is the same as everyone else's in this thread: the DLC weren't delivered to your account when they should have been, for whatever reason. - EA_Shepard7 months ago

The EA App folks are working on this one. It is affecting multiple titles so this has to be looked at by more than folks to make sure they get the DLC issue handled with each game.

Hi @FoxhackDN, you're right it has. With DA TV about to release they have been more busier keeping up with this than older titles and DLC issues. It is still an open issue as it isn't just this game that is affects but technically a lower priority than other issues with the app. - Xeracross6 months agoNew Rookie
It's not a solution, but I just bought the ultimate edition on EA app when it was 2 bucks a few months back.

Hi @Xeracross, its a solution not a resolution because it does work for some but not all. The EA app team has to provide a resolution for all players and not just workarounds which work as a solution in order for players to get it working. - 5 months ago
Hi all,
Just jumping in here to say I am having the same issue (with one additional weird quirk).
Like a number of people in this thread, I originally bought a physical copy of DA2 in a brick-and-mortar store, and later registered my product key through Origin. As a result, I also have just the "Standard Edition" listed in my EA app, and when I go to install the game, am only given the option of downloading the Black Emporium as an add-on; none of the other DLC appear as options. I am replaying the whole franchise in the lead-up to the Veilguard, so would love the opportunity to play the Legacy DLC as I never did the first time! So I would appreciate a fix on this if possible.
The additional weird quirk I am having is that I am not able to successfully download the Black Emporium DLC either, even though it appears as an add-on option when I initially install the game. Every time I install the game, it goes to download the Black Emporium when the main download finishes, then after a few minutes of "Preparing", the download simply fails. It gives you the option to resume the download, and then again, it still fails. If I quit the app and then open it again, I then have no option to try resuming the download again, as it no longer appears in the download manager.
I have tried multiple reinstalls of the game, and have installed it on two different PCs, and have the same download error each time. As a result, I do not even get the "Manage add-ons" option when I click "manage" in the App, presumably because there are no add-ons installed? I have tried engaging with the live chat through EA Help a number of times, and they have not been able to solve the download issue.
I am not sure if the two issues are connected, but would love to see a solution! I have attached screenshot snips of the download error, and what shows up when I click "Manage" in the app.
Thanks!

You have the same "Purchase the game" button. So this definitely confirms that when EA gave everyone the DLC they just straight up forgot to do it with several batches of keys...
Welcome to the club, I guess. We have cookies in the corner.
