So i did some digging and testing on this one as I had reported this a while ago with other titles. We are investigating this at the moment.
What has worked for me and others is to uninstall the game you want to play and reinstall it again. When you reinstall it, make sure (if it is there) that all DLC content is checked.
Here is an example of what it should look like!
This may not work for all players, so it is not a 100% workaround. Once we get more info on this, we will let players know what is happening!

Unfortunately that does not work for me. It still says I only have one add-on.
I'm having the same issue. Mine is showing the Black Emporium, Exiled Prince and Ser Isaac Armor in Add Ons in the EA App and nothing else. I remember claiming the Ultimate Edition of this when it was free on Origin but it's been awhile. Chat agents are useless. The links to download the DLC will result in an Unauthorized message in game when you try to load the save.
