@SerosterThe web page that allows you to download the DLC is for Steam, not the EA app. Considering you mentioned you registered it with Origin/EA app it didn't seem pertinent to mention this.
The DLC being made free includes those who had their copy registered on the EA app when the DLC were made free, and these DLC should have been made available in this app. I have Dragon Age: Origins, Dragon Age 2, and Mass Effect 2 on my account, of those three games my account received the DLC for Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect 2, but not for Dragon Age 2.
Your issue is the same as everyone else's in this thread: the DLC weren't delivered to your account when they should have been, for whatever reason.

Accurate bnreakdown! The EA App folks are working on this one. It is affecting multiple titles so this has to be looked at by more than folks to make sure they get the DLC issue handled with each game.

Well it's been one month and still nothing. ☹️

Hi @FoxhackDN, you're right it has. With DA TV about to release they have been more busier keeping up with this than older titles and DLC issues. It is still an open issue as it isn't just this game that is affects but technically a lower priority than other issues with the app. - Xeracross6 months agoNew Rookie
It's not a solution, but I just bought the ultimate edition on EA app when it was 2 bucks a few months back.

Hi @Xeracross, its a solution not a resolution because it does work for some but not all. The EA app team has to provide a resolution for all players and not just workarounds which work as a solution in order for players to get it working. - 5 months ago
Hi all,
Just jumping in here to say I am having the same issue (with one additional weird quirk).
Like a number of people in this thread, I originally bought a physical copy of DA2 in a brick-and-mortar store, and later registered my product key through Origin. As a result, I also have just the "Standard Edition" listed in my EA app, and when I go to install the game, am only given the option of downloading the Black Emporium as an add-on; none of the other DLC appear as options. I am replaying the whole franchise in the lead-up to the Veilguard, so would love the opportunity to play the Legacy DLC as I never did the first time! So I would appreciate a fix on this if possible.
The additional weird quirk I am having is that I am not able to successfully download the Black Emporium DLC either, even though it appears as an add-on option when I initially install the game. Every time I install the game, it goes to download the Black Emporium when the main download finishes, then after a few minutes of "Preparing", the download simply fails. It gives you the option to resume the download, and then again, it still fails. If I quit the app and then open it again, I then have no option to try resuming the download again, as it no longer appears in the download manager.
I have tried multiple reinstalls of the game, and have installed it on two different PCs, and have the same download error each time. As a result, I do not even get the "Manage add-ons" option when I click "manage" in the App, presumably because there are no add-ons installed? I have tried engaging with the live chat through EA Help a number of times, and they have not been able to solve the download issue.
I am not sure if the two issues are connected, but would love to see a solution! I have attached screenshot snips of the download error, and what shows up when I click "Manage" in the app.
Thanks!

You have the same "Purchase the game" button. So this definitely confirms that when EA gave everyone the DLC they just straight up forgot to do it with several batches of keys...
Welcome to the club, I guess. We have cookies in the corner.
- 5 months ago@FoxhackDN Here is hoping we all get a resolution before the new game launches!

Wait cookies? nice!

Guessing that this still isn't resolved since I just downloaded DAII on my new computer and the only add-on it gave me was Black Emporium. Any updates or anything? I know they're focus on DA TV, but surely they knew people would want to replay older games first...

@kekada I am checking it. When you download the game and you choose where to install it, does the DLC box on the top of the install box show more than those DLCs?
I did a complete Windows format and when I installed the game it showed me all of the DLCs to check with the game install itself.

I expect they are having the same issue as the rest of us; with their copy of DA2 being listed as the "standard edition" rather than "ultimate edition", and therefore giving only the option of installing the Black Emporium when they go to install the game. I have deleted and reinstalled DA2 on two different machines on a number of ocassions, and it is always listed as only the "standard edition", with no option for any DLCs other than the BE to be installed.
Are you able to see our accounts/libraries? If so, does DA2 look different in our libraries than if you look at it in your library? Mine is quite clearly different to my other BioWare games where I do have all the DLC, as those games say that I have a number of add-ons when you look at them in the Library, but DA2 does not. I have attached a screenshot showing what I mean - DA Inquisition says I have 12 add-ons, and DA2 doesn't say I have any at all. This is the case when the game is not installed as well - it sits next to DAO and DAI both of which say I have X number of add-ons, with that space simply blank beneath DA2.
Is there no way to simply upgrade our Standard Editions of DA2 to the Ultimate Edition? Even through some sort of coupon code that could be entered at check-out so we can simply "buy" the Ultimate Edition again? I know it does not answer the question of what happened in the first place, but it would at least let us play the DLC in the meantime. My gaming budget is limited, so I am not willing to pay full price for the Ultimate Edition again just to access the DLC when I already own a copy of the game.
As an aside - you can also see the other issue I am having where the Black Emporium simply will not download either. It does that every time I go to install the game, with the download always failing. This seems to be an issue with some DLCs in other games in the EA app for some other folk too. The Help chat team has never been able to resolve it for me, and other forum threads here indicate that it is an ongoing issue for other users in different games too. Given that it happens irrespective of which machine or wifi network I am on when I try to download it, I suspect this is a weird account issue too, where the system is not sure whether I should be able to download it or not. I am hoping that if my Standard Edition becomes the Ultimate Edition with all the DLC it would solve this issue too.

Leaving a comment here since I'm having the EXACT same issue that has been described above. However, I do somehow own all the DLC (and they work in game) except for legacy, mark of the assassin and the exiled prince. It seems as if the EA app doesn't even recognize I own the game, as it still gives me the option to 'purchase' it. It's super frustrating that this hasn't been fixed yet, as there is no way for me to obtain the DLC through the ea app whatsoever. EA support also hasn't been able to resolve at all. It's a real shame it's taking so long to fix. I'm honestly considering just buying the ultimate edition through another platform when its on sale (as there is no option to buy the ultimate edition or any of the DLC on the ea app), just so I can finally play the DLC before Veilguard comes out, but it shouldn't have to come to that.

... I got a ping for a reply from yesterday but the forum just gives me an error.
And still no updates I guess. ☹️

I'm having the same issue.
Under DA:I and DA:O I can see a number of add-ons, but under DA2 there are none. When installing DA2 I get the option to install The Black Emporium, but this always fails.
I have chatted with four different ea help people. All of whom have confirmed that I have all the dlc's on my account. But in the EA app, all I can see is that I have the standard edition DA2 with no add-on.Is it really not possible to just convert our standard editions to ultimate editions or alternatively add the ultimate edition to our accounts - as it is possible to see that we own not only the standard edition but all add-ons?
Edit: 9h later I got in contact with someone on support who informed me that I do in fact not have any DLC for the game... And they are unable to add it as it is currently a known issue. Just... hang tight I guess.
There mentions of some cookies? I could go for one right now.

I have a similar problem. I pre-ordered DA2 a long time ago with some bonus items. Then I don't remember anymore, I bought story DLCs and now I have 14 add-ons displayed, while apparently all DLCs became free including content from Signature Edition. At the time, I did not press the "add" button in Origins, and now there is apparently no access to that page, neither on the website nor in the EA app. At the same time, the EA app still offers me to buy the Ultimate Edition. So, the question is, should the DLC be available, or did you not press the button 2 years ago - are you a loser?
@Annexythis was a decision they made for EA App, not specifically Origin. The DLC should have been activated for all owners of the games at the time this crediting happened, but not for copies purchased after AFAIK. I received DLC for others games that were credited with these DLC, but not DA II.
- 4 months ago@FoxhackDN I responded to you saying, in short, not to get your hopes up because this is EA. I think Sheppard deleted it. =)

Have exact same issue - I have bought Dragon Age 2 Bioware Edition during its release time, so I have those DLC's, then purchased Legacy DLC, howevere never got Mark of the Assassin. My version was never updated to Ultimate (I still have Standard Edition) and while I have all my previous DLC's, I don't have the last one with no chance of getting it.
- 4 months ago@EA_Shepard still no update?
