I have the standard edition of da2 through ea, downloaded the dlc from here (https://help.ea.com/au/help/faq/dlc-for-classic-games/), installed them so they show up as dlc in the dlc menu in game, but they still show as unauthorized. I've followed the advice from other threads and logged into the keep website, requested authorization for all the dlc there, then logged back in to my ea account in DA2, and everything still shows as unauthorized and won't appear in game

Hey @witchbolte That link is purely for Steam players and not EA app players. If you are playing through the EA app, those downloads won't do much in the game as they aren't designed to.
Do you have the the EA app or Steam and the game installed on the same drive?
I would also follow the steps Here, as this applies to both DAO and DA II.

I have the standard edition of da2 through ea, which is no longer sold. I don't have the ultimate edition, which is currently sold, so I only have the black emporium dlc available. If I look at manage addons in the ea app, I only see black emporium, which seems to be the problem everyone has in the thread here (https://answers.ea.com/t5/Other-Dragon-Age-Games/Under-Investigation-PC-Dragon-Age-II-DLC-Not-Available-to/m-p/13819401#M26449) which I found after I posted. Is there still no solution?
