@FoxhackDN I responded to you saying, in short, not to get your hopes up because this is EA. I think Sheppard deleted it. =)

Have exact same issue - I have bought Dragon Age 2 Bioware Edition during its release time, so I have those DLC's, then purchased Legacy DLC, howevere never got Mark of the Assassin. My version was never updated to Ultimate (I still have Standard Edition) and while I have all my previous DLC's, I don't have the last one with no chance of getting it.
