@Xeracross There isn't a way to do that. They would have to recode the game in order to create a different folder for add-ons since those add-ons and downloads are already set. DAO and DA II are too old to recode at this point.
I've tried testing this over and over through the EA app and through Steam. Each time I completely clean out the PC of all folders for the EA app and the game. I basically start over which I know is totally frustrating and time-consuming.
If you delete everything game-related: Game, DLC, all folders related to the game, registry entries, etc..
Have the EA app or Steam installed on your main game drive
When you install the game, it should show all DLC that a specific account owns (this becomes an entitlement issue, not an app issue)
Install the game and all add-ons at the same time, on the same drive, and the EA app/Steam
For Steam users though, if they don't see that DLC, they have to do a manual download on the DLC for older Games page.
Now if let's say wiping all of it does not work, I would try a new Windows Account
This is an issue I raised a while ago so what I would need to do is raise it again. In order to do that I need as many players as I can to provide me the following info: Please do not comment with things like "It didn't work". That will not get this escalated again any faster.
- EA App/Steam/Epic:
- EA ID/Steam user ID:
- EA App version (click the 3 lines in the upper left corner, click about):
- Attach the EA App Error Report ID Here
- The EA app logs can be found in C:\ProgramData\EA Desktop\Logs & C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\Logs
- Windows OS:
- Windows OS version:
- GPU model and driver version:
- Region:
- Are you using an internal or external drive?
- Are you using an HDD or SSD?
- Date this issue started (is it still happening?)
- Are the games/DLC and Platform installed on the same drive?
- Any other errors?

Hi @Yurt_The_Chief, you should not have to purchase the game through the EA app. If you were playing on Steam, you would go through the site I linked. If you purchase it through the EA app itself, you can just claim it through the manage add-ons and install them. The site I linked is only for Steam players.- 1 year ago
@EA_Shepard i mean i want to buy the game through EA App now, but i do not see ultimate edition there just Dragon Age 2 listing, so if i buy it, will i get all the DLCs or there is an issue and will not get all the ultimate edition dlcs??

@Yurt_The_Chief You're better off buying it through Steam instead of the EA app or you'll be stuck like the rest of us trying to get all the DLC.
