Well I fixed my issue through buying the game as the "ultimate edition" for the sale price at the time. But I'll throw my info up to help those that need it resolved:

  • EA app
  • Xeracross
  • Whatever the current version was in June (13.335.0.5848) 
  • Windows 11
  • 22621.3737
  • AMD Radeon RX 6800S - version 32.0.11029.1008 
  • USA
  • Internal ssd
  • May-June 2024 (no as I rebought the game)
