Unlocked vs Installed & Unable to access profile storage - Ultimate Edition

It seems the profile/Keep/whatevs is not currently working properly, at least as far as I can tell.  All my Oranges characters disappeared over the weekend; they're back there now, but I'm still getting the message about not being able to access profile storage every time I start (or reconnect, as disconnects from EA's servers are irritatingly regular).  A temporary work-around is to sign out so it stops bugging you about it but it'd be nice if they'd fix it.  As far as I know, the only thing that limits access to the profile is if you use the console in game, which I presume is only for that session (though I couldn't say for certain).

I'm more worried about you having to force-load stuff though, which suggests something is missing that shouldn't be.  Hopefully it's just a case of using a mod manager to install whatever it's expecting to find rather than any shenanigans with having to authorise DLC.

I used console remove/addtalent to Wynne (Oranges). I remove her default talents like Glyph Paralysis and add Shock talents when recruited. Is it covered in "something is missing that shouldn't be"?

The Wicked Oath DLC always prompt in my current saves (Zevran  joined) and CEditions in my past saves (Wynne Joined) but I have Final Season item that I used before I recruit Wynne. I do not use DAModder in saves only daupdater.exe.  

I can never remember the console commands so I use GFF Editor to change stuff (er, quite a lot) and other than the Keep's routine flakiness I haven't had any trouble until the past few days.  It seems that usually when there's a problem, it isn't something we're doing but EA's servers being broken.

The force activate thing coming up repeatedly initially seemed odd to me until I remembered that I never use it: I always active (or deactivate) stuff using DAO ModManager and only ever choose "load anyway" once I've permanently removed something.  If this Wicked Oath thing is causing problems I think I'd be inclined to create my own version of it and not bother with the DLC.  Hopefully it's not a sign of a more widespread underlying problem.

The Wicked Oath dlc is an item ring, that's all but it keeps saying not found when loading my saves and it bothers me. 

I think for the sake of a ring I'd just permanently uncheck and delete the DLC in question and get a better one elsewhere; it'd bother me too and that sort of thing is quite annoying as well as off-putting.

What do you mean by this?

Download something from Nexus or make one in Toolset.  I did much the same with Vestments of the Seer when I wanted to change something: the official DLC (which I hasten to add I legally own!) can't be modified so I just created a new one with the same stats and description.
