Enjoying DA:I; but I'm up to level 10, have closed all the rifts in Ferelden and done most every quest, but have yet to unlock any but the three initial team characters or have the ability to go to Orlais. Can't even get into Redcliffe. Is this normal? War Table states Orlais should be between levels 4-7. Got plenty of power points.
Is it a bug, or am I too impatient?

When I try to access Val Royale at the war table the fast travel option is greyed out & unresponsive. Hitting "A" results in the text about the Inquisition being heretical and "we" would be arrested if traveling there.
Haved you talked to all your inquisition members in camp? It's possible that you have to go through some speech options where someone would have a suggestion on how NOT to get arrested. I haven't finished the Hinterlands yet, but I went to Val at around level 8 with no problem. I don't remember exactly what happened but I do recall us discussing our best option when going there. Hopefully that helps, if it doesn't I'm not sure what to tell you but I'll keep thinking about it.
