Varric cut scene (Wicked Grace) not firing

Every time Varric offers for my Inquisitor to play it never plays the cut scene. It just goes right back to my inquisitor standing by Varric out of the conversation. I've noticed possible other scene...

If the conversation ends with Varric saying "...unless you're up for a game of Wicked Grace." the it is supposed to fade to black then right back to you standing near him in the main hall.

If Varric says "There you are, we were afraid you were going to be late." then that is the lead in for the actual game of Wicked Grace where you do get too see them play and, hear stories.

If anyone is still trying to solve the Wicked Grace problem, it sounds like you are talking about the two different cut scenes.

The 'main' one that you were hoping to see happens the next time you speak to Varric after his personal quest, 'Well, *'. He does not actually say 'Lets play a game of Wicked Grace' just hints that he has something fun in mind.

I completed that quest for Varric on 2 saves and he hasn't mentioned it on one of them but the other he has. Neither of them has mad it pop up.
