Venatori Tomes

Hello. I'm having some trouble with the venatori tomes quests. One of the groups did not spawn by the camp in the exalted plains and I only have 2. I have already completed Dorian's quest and killed most of the venatori wizards in the (night desert level). I believe I'm out of options and have already dedicated quite a few hours of gameplay. What else can I do?
