Voice language on xbox 360

So i've ordered this game and installed it, which went perfectly. No troubles in creating a character either, but when the cutscene started, the language spoken was French. I tried to change the voice language ingame, but was told I would only be able to change it in main menu. So I went there and was able to change the text language from French to English, but I wasn't able to change the voice language, which is in French as well. 

I've tried Googling the problem, but thusfar haven't been able to find a solution. Contacting to a EA Game Advisor hasn't helped either thus far. Telling me that the waiting time is less than 5 minutes, yet, 25 minutes and counting and it's still searching. 

Is anyone familiar with this problem and does anyone know how to solve it? I've had French in highschool, but am unable to understand it, which makes it kind of frustrating. Especially since I'm unable to find a solution anywhere.
