Voices not working for cutscenes or character creation.
Whenever I go into a cutscene or even clicking on the test voice button in creation, the voice is really light and sounds distant. Any help please?

NOTE: I plugged in a 7.1 dolby headset that I KNOW works well with surround sound.

Is this just in the DLC, or the entire game?
If there's no lip sync, it means the game can't find the audio files (which are used to automatically generate lip sync). If it's only DLC, it's often because the DLC is downloaded for a different language than the main game is installed in.
Regardless, try repairing the game (right click the game in Origin to find this option), and if that doesn't work, try a reinstall.
