Vsync does not work, screen tearing

I'm running DAI on windows 7 with a GTX 750ti, and no matter what I do with settings or command lines, I cannot get the screen to stop tearing when there's movement.

    Are you running it windowed fullscreen? With or without Aero?

    I've found (for me) that if you are running windowed fullscreen, nothing will turn vsync on unless you have Aero on as well. Worth a shot.
