Walk Toggle Stuck to Walk

I haven't found anything from anyone else mentioning this, but i seem to have an issue where after pressing my mapped walk button, I do begin to walk, but once I try to press it again to toggle it off...

This was a known issue for people using that "60 fps fix". Disable that and walk toggle works fine.

ah, fair enough. though I have no idea why those things are tied together. the chat slow down is ridiculous, but this walk thing is annoying as well... guess I will have to make the choice for which is more important.
