War Table Side Missions not appearing
By looking on the internet I've come to believe that there are war table missions triggering for others that aren't doing so for me. One example is the follow up to the Strange Chalk Markings mission...

Community AdminHmm, apparently the mission is called Unmask "Those Across the Sea".
I can't say that I recall this, but I have a master demon-slaying rune so I probably have completed it without noticing. The lead-on missions will often spawn in different areas, and if like me you sometimes just check Agent times and skim the text, is it possible that you have done some of these already.
A minimum story progression may also be required.
