Wardens of the Coast will not update

Have found all four Warden camps, but the game keeps sending me back to the camp by the Stone Tree. The document in the camp popped the first time I went there, have returned a half-dozen times due to the game flagging it as incomplete, but no matter how much scanning I do in the area, nothing further pops. (Admittedly, I've harvested enough Elfroot to keep me going for months, thanks to this bug, but that doesn't help with the quest.) Any idea how to get the game to update properly?
