Way Of The Assassin Quest fixes?

Trying to finish the Way Of The Assassin quest, but the third mob (beside the astrarium and the fisherman's hut landmark) won't spawn, or I've already killed them and the token pickup has despawned...Is there a way around this? I've tried looking for mobs randomly in the Western Approach as another thread suggested but no luck so far. None of the other threads on this topic have any solutions that seem to be working.
