So i got the wisps... but i cant find where lazurite iron or whatever spawns or how to get the book.... I went to Val Royeaux and found every merchant, and not a single one had the book.
What do i do? Do I have to complete something first before I can buy the book...
The book is near Viv in skyhold
as for the metal you get it on the sandy place with the gray warden fortress not sure of the name

why oh why did you guys distroy the knight enchanter build about a year ago i was playing knight enchanter and i loved being overpowered and now that is gone well this is the last time i played knight enchanter
And where is Fiona again about a year ago there was a quest and after that Fiona would show up in Skyhold but i never got it
