Okay, so something really weird happened recently. I just loaded the game and my inquisitor's face texture is all * up. I don't have any idea of what may have caused it, last time I checked (about a week ago) everything was fine (my game is modded btw). Did any of you guys had the same issue or know how to fix it? Turns out it was conflicting with some Josephine's complexion mod ._.
I've definitely had similar occur. Usually a temporary glitch when some part of the mesh didn't fully load.
Here's a shot I grabbed last time it happened to me.
Looks like Morrigan's had some work done...
Does the mod occur when you disable your mods? If not, enable them one by one (or use binary search if you have a tremendous number of them) to find out which one is causing it. It could also be caused by a conflict of two mods.
I haven't had this particular issue myself. There can be some weirdness with faces if shader quality is set to low, but that looks different from this issue.
