western approach - landmark bug?

I never claimed landmark "Last Step" in Western Approach.

It was never shown as a "pyramid", nor as highlighted silouette for clicking/claiming.

It was a "question" mark on horyzon. When I came closer, "question" mark changed instantly and silently to "cross" mark - not to "pyramid".

Result: there is 16 landmark crosses on map.
