What does the dialogue icon mean?

@angus192711;  Do you mean the icons that appear around the dialogue "wheel", or something else?

Google is your friend, is a statement made to indicate that searching the web by using Google(or other search engine) will likely turn up the answer with a minimum amount of work. 

It also means that is how he found the link to the site he gave you, by entering the info into google and searching.
