What should I turn down first in graphics to improve performance?

    Aside from resolution, tesselation and shadows have a high impact.

    It's unfortunate that BioWare chose to package different settings under only one option: post-processing. You can turn off motion blur by making a config file, which gives you more frames per second and makes the game look better. In the game's installation folder, create a text file called user.cfg. In this file, paste the following:

    WorldRender.MotionBlurEnable 0
    WorldRender.MotionBlurQuality 0
    WorldRender.MotionBlurMaxSampleCount 0
