When is the Point of No Return for Romance?

I’ve only just reached skyhold but am cautious about progressing the main story quest. I’m also torn between Josie and Sera. My heart tells me to go with Sera since she has more free time, but I’m committed to Josie right now. Don’t get me wrong Josie is great, but she’s so busy and low key I’m nervous about mixing work with pleasure. She has a really important job being ambassador and everything and god forbid I cloud her judgment. Though I admit I’m afraid of breaking up with her now, since she has friends in high places… but I know Sera would totally be up for sabotaging whatever nobility she sends my way https://mobdro.bio/ https://kodi.bio/.

So anyways, my question is when does it become too late to break up with Josie and get in good with Sera. Unless there’s good reason for me to stay in my current relationship that is… ugh why are relationships so hard
