Where is Dragon Age: Inquisition GOTY?

I was hoping to buy Dragon Age: Inquisition Game of the Year edition from Origin, and it was supposed to be released today (6th October) and I've seen absolutely nothing. It's supposed to come out on PC, but it's just not showing up.

It's not on origin.com, can't find it anywhere. It's not showing up for me. Can anyone else see it? If so, could you show me a picture?

I can see it in the store in the Origin client.
