Where's the manual?

Apparently a manual for this game exists. I've bought a digital copy of the game, how do I get a digital copy of the manual?

I bought a physical copy (PS4) and there wasn't even a manual in the box :/ Just a warranty card. The box was still sealed in plastic when I bought it. Is this normal?
