Yeah, I have had this issue as well, its bloody annoying.; I have owned this game since launch, I have preordered everysingle DA game including awakening and have purchased all dlc for origins also. I only attached it to my origin acount when I purchased DA:I and I added DA:II to it as well figured I may as well as they will all be in one place then and have had nothing but problems since then.
I have this issue as well. I doubt we will get any answers besides the common "We are aware and are working to fix it!" followed by months, years or forever of it not being fixed. Origin/EA doesn't seem to care much about its customer base.
