No, you have to have an online connection to play the game, except on xbox one, in certain circumstances.
From what Ive read, if youve installed the dlc, you have to be online at least once after installing it to play.
i was online - i installed the game weeks ago. That's why i don't understand why it's telling me i need to have this content installed - because it is installed. In fact, if i go into the recent notification messages, i can see the messages telling me this extra content was installed.
i managed to log into psn, but it's still telling me i need to download these items again. Anyone know how to do that? assuming that'll even work right now.
ok - weird - just tried launching the game again and now it worked without me changing anything
