I bought Dragon Age Inquisition yesterday, put the disc in my PS4 and looked forward to playing my new game, but no - we need verification, OK did this - we need to link to your PS account, OK did this - we need the unlock code for your phone ?!!, OK did this, after many codes being sent and entered the game eventually started playing fine.

I put the disc back in today and it is asking all the same questions again before I can play.

What more do you want ? - I have given you verification, I have linked my PS account - short of serving you the head of my first born on a silver platter, what do I have to do ?

Hi there, I can certainly understand your frustration. After completing the verification and account linking process once, it's not unreasonable to expect to be able to jump straight into the game the next time you play.
What you're describing isn't the intended experience, so we'd like to gather a bit more information to better understand what's happening. When you launch the game, are you being asked to sign in to your EA Account and complete email or phone verification every time, or is there a specific step in the process that keeps repeating?
