Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts Servants' Quarters Halla Statue

I am on an Xbox 360 and I cannot for the life of me get that stupid halla statue on the beam in the servants quarters kitchen, that I need. Is there anyway Bioware can fix it?! I can't get the statue...

It isn't a glitch or anything, you can climb up the boxes to the right of the door you originally enter through and climb to the rafters. There is also a book up in the rafters you can read ( :
