hi niah_dark im try to find a video card that will work in a hp 8200 Elite Small Form Factor that will play dragon age inquisition on low to medium settings that will work in the desktop the video im going to try is ASUS 2GB Graphics Cards R7240-2GD3-L

The R7 240 is slower than the minimum, HD 4870. I doubt it will be satisfactory. You might be able to squeeze in the Asus GTX 670 Mini. It's a dual slot card, but it's short and meets the recommended system requirements. This card is in high demand, so it may be difficult to find a website that still has them in stock.
You may need a new power supply if you upgrade the GPU.

Yes, of course, same as any desktop n50 past a 450 GTS from nVIDIA should. Although they aren't as accurate as I might prefer, the comparisons at GPU Boss are comparatively good for what you are doing, and tons faster at getting responses back!
