Will dragon keep work even if my ea-play subscription ends?

I got Dragon age inquisition from free in that epic games game drop. I played a bit, but wanted to know more about the lore and use dragon keep. My question is: if I begin a game in Dragon age inquisition with a save I got from Dragon age 2 (given I played DA2 trough ea-play) and my subscription ended, would I loose my DAI game file? I mean, it depends on a save of a game I don't own anymore, but im playing it on a game I own, so this is a gray area.

Dragon Age Keep is free to use. No purchase or subscription is required. Your world states will remain in the Keep.

As for regular save files, those are stored locally in Documents - BioWare - Dragon Age Inquisition - Save.

@Aspenash One other thing i would keep in mind with subscriptions is, that if you do not own the content like DLC, extra items, etc, no save file will load for you. You will get an error that states something along the lines of unable to load the save file due to missing content.
