On the X1 DA: I games are frequently not saving here. The game is currently unplayable as a result. For me the issue appears to relate purely to this game. There needs to be a fix ASAP, otherwise refunds should be given as the product sold is currently fundamentally defective. Some formal communication of this issue would be nice.

2019 - still happening
picked up the game for the first time, heavy discount, enjoy the game for 15 hours until the cutscene at the end of the attack of Haven then boom. Error message. Open up the game, I have no save to load and must start a new.
I don't mind starting again, it sucks but i wasn't 1000 hours in.. but why would i try again if it could happen again?
- Was this on PC? If it was on PC I could recommend that you have cloud saves on, go to the save file location (usually in the documents section) and enable cloud services on that (One drive works and it isn't big enough so that you'll run out of space for this), and just making sure that your computer has no problems at all (which means no loose hard drive or power).
