[Xbox] Dragon Age Inquisition Crashes At Splash Screen

I can't start the game "dragon age inquisition" on all xbox consoles (one s, series x), I log into the game and immediately get thrown to the main screen. I tried all the options, but in the end noth...

 @Halera53 Where was the game purchased? Was it purchased from the Xbox store or from a 3rd party?

So what's up with my problem? how do I play dragon age inquisition digitally, which just stopped working? What's wrong with the game? Because I'm fine with the xbox one and the series x.
