Community ManagerHi @palesius1, Depends on how the game was originally set up. Typically there are different server racks for each platform. This changes over the years due to options like cross play, cross progression etc. To be honest, I am not sure how these work for this specific game.
EDIT: I reached out to the team on this one. With DA: TV updates and news being used today, there will be a delay in looking at this. From what I see, it basically fixed itself last time, at least from what I saw. I am keeping an eye on it.
Any updates on this? Essentially a game we paid for a large number of people cannot play. And clearing caches ect doesn't seem to matter. If it wasn't so many people having the same issue I'd suppose not a big deal.. but it's a bunch of people having the same crash in the same location of game log in. So.. fixed or refunds?
