Mine started yesterday too after getting about 95 hours in. I've played this game a bunch and never had this issue previously. For me, I am able to get back into the game while being offline and can go back online in the menu screen fine; however, the issue arises when I try and log into the Dragon Age servers. That's when the game boots me back to the dashboard.

@wardencdrlexa going offline also worked for me. I initially it didn't work as I hadn't set my Xbox to my home xbox. Which is needed to play this game offline as otherwise it wants you to log in to verify you own the content. Hopefully this trick continues to work...
