@oneblackhippieGood luck. i have spent another 2 hours with EA Help on Twitter who tried a lot of things but none worked. i have since uninstalled the game now. Not worth all the time spent.
Yeah, I am writing with EA Help too but in Facebook and they didn't resolve the issue as of this moment. They redirected me to XBOX Support who, frankly, are not responding in the same assertiveness that EA Helps does. I agree it's a hassle and the time spent on this is not worth it but I won't leave that random bug unresolved so I will write to them until they do something. If i fix this I will post here with the result.
