@oneblackhippieGood luck. i have spent another 2 hours with EA Help on Twitter who tried a lot of things but none worked. i have since uninstalled the game now. Not worth all the time spent.

They literally talked with me for a week, got into my account, tried some stuff and in the end did nothing. Absolutely nothing. Worst support ever.
