I contacted EA Support again for an update. There is still no ETA on a fix, however, they said again that maintenance is working on it. I hope it gets fixed soon.

I just tried to get this resolved, they didn't mention this thread or any kind of useful fix. If they're working on it still they didn't tell me. I tried the uninstall/reinstall whole shebang with no effect.
