Same issue here although my pass did not expire. Upon booting up EA Desktop today, it had me logged out for some reason (has never happened before). So I re-logged in and then it showed all of my games as needing to be redownloaded. I rebooted EA Desktop, and then they suddenly had the Play option again.
It seems there is a MAJOR bug with their DLC whenever someone is logged out of the desktop or a pass expires. It's beyond me that they haven't fixed this yet. Seems like a major issue.
I went through support and chatted with 4 different people. They had me uninstall/reinstall EA Desktop and Inquisition, clear cache, and do a safe PC bootup (as well as do some stuff on Origin which really didn't make any sense to me since you can only use the EA pass on EA Desktop).
The last support person ended up telling me to go to the forums because they no longer support the game (like what...? this has to do with the EA desktop screwing up the game, not the game itsself). So, here I am, disappointed to see that others have had this same issue with zero fix yet. Guess I'll be starting a new game and seeing if the DLC works with a new save :/
I pay for Xbox Ultimate GamePass which comes with EAPlay. I've been playing the whole Dragon Age series, and now I'm 68+ hours into Dragon Age Inquistion with the Game of the Year version installed. I just played a couple days ago with no problem and today I went to play and it now says I have DLC no longer downloaded so it can't load my game. I unistalled the whole game and reinstalled it and I'm getting the same thing. I see a lot of these on the fourm with no answers. Has anyone figured out why this keeps happening?

New poster here. Hit the exact isssue. Suddenly DLCs are not installed, even though they are installed. Coincidentally my last save was also just over 68 hours, and now I can't load any of them. Playing through EA Desktop (EA Play with Xbox Game Pass). Tried all the fixes, no dice.
