Same exact problem, on PC, since patch 7 . Moving very slowly, AI on companions and enemies paused or something. Also results in combat not concluding properly; I will have defeated all enemys/rift and will still be in "in combat" for a while - unable to use map, still moving very slow. Once combat finally ends, can move normally again.
