{PS4}This is exactly what started happening with my characters during a fight after update(patch 7), the character that freezes is random. The first thing I found to unfreeze character is disengage command during the battle. After using the disengage command then would have to re-enter an attack command to get that character to engage back into fight. Here I was enjoying my game, now this started after patch. *
